SPF Protection in Cloud Hosting
If you host your domain names in a cloud hosting account on our end and we handle the e-mails for them, you'll be able to activate SPF protection for them with several clicks in your Hepsia Control Panel. This service can be found in its own section where you're able to see which domains are currently secured. For the ones which aren't, you can activate the SPF protection solution and manage a variety of things during this process - the hostnames of the mail servers that are permitted to send messages from your emails, the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses of these servers, as well as to create a rule that emails can be sent only when your domains have our MX records. The last option is the most secure one, and you can use it if we manage the e-mail addresses for your domains and you're not using another email supplier. The newly created records will be activated within a day and nobody will be able to forge the FROM field in an e-mail by using your email addresses.
SPF Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
The SPF protection attribute is provided with all the semi-dedicated servers, so if you host your domain names in an account on our cloud web hosting platform, you are able to activate this particular service without difficulty for all of your domain names. The Hepsia Control Panel, which is included with the semi-dedicated accounts, features a quite easy to work with interface, so you will not need to be tech-savvy in order to secure your e-mail addresses. You'll simply need to type the hostname and the IP address of each mail server that you would like to be authorized to send out emails from your addresses and immediately after that the new record will be active for the domain that you have picked. As an extra option, we also allow you to restrict your outgoing email messages and secure your mailboxes further by allowing email messages to be sent only when the domain name involved features our MX records i.e. the email messages for the domain should be taken care of here and not by another supplier. Doing so you'll get even better control and there won't be a chance for someone to forge your e-mails for harmful uses.
