Spam Filters in Cloud Hosting
If you reach the decision to host your domains with us and you select any of our cloud hosting, you’ll be able to enable spam filtering for any email account that you create. With several clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can set up five separate levels of security. If you still receive junk messages or the spam filters start preventing authentic emails from entering your inbox, you can switch to another level just as easily. The efficiency of our anti-spam solution is ensured by one of the most widely used email filters – SpamAssassin. In case you don’t want to risk missing a genuine message that may be regarded as spam owing to its content, you can also set up custom email filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the message and re-send the emails to another mailbox where you can view them later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
In case you use one of our semi-dedicated servers, you will not have to worry about junk emails cramming your mailboxes every once in a while, as you can take advantage of the famous SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we provide with each account. Our custom Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to activate the filter for any email account with several mouse clicks and you can choose any of the five levels of safety – from very low to very high. The level can be altered at any time if, for example, genuine messages get filtered, or if unsolicited bulk emails go through and appear in your inbox. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered emails to be re-sent to a special mailbox such as firstname.lastname@example.org and not to be erased. Thus, you can go through them every now and then to make sure that you have not missed a legitimate email message.
